My name is Audrey Letsapa. After completing my studies at college, I was struggling to be employed until a friend of mine told me about TCM academy. I sent my CV through to apply and I was called to join the Academy. I was overjoyed as I needed the experience. I started studying IT essentials then went to advanced networking (CCNA). I enjoyed being part of the academy as they do not only teach you theory but you get to do lots of practical’s that prepare you for the corporate world.

Now I am a permanent employee at TCM and work as a Tablet Support Agent. I would like to thank TCM Academy and TCM for giving me the opportunity that changed my life.

In the year 2014 I heard about TCM ACADEMY from a friend who had already went through the Academy, I then applied and then got an invitation call from them inviting me to come write a test…I went to the venue, wrote the test and then passed .

I then joined their Academy where we studied short courses in IT (ITE, CISCO CCNA) at no cost.

From a personal perspective, TCM’s learning systems are very great and they have outstanding instructors who are always willing to help and have a very good interactions with the students.

I finished all my courses in July 2015 and stayed home for only three months. By October 2015

I got a call from them for an interview at one of the well-established banks in our country for a Jr customer engineer job. For me that’s when life really began as I got the job and I am still working with them to this day, from here on, only the sky is the limit.

TCM has been a great stepping stone in my career and life, I will forever be grateful to TCM, I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for TCM.

I would like to formally thank TCM for a permanent job and for changing my life. I moved from Kwa-Zulu Natal (Nkandla) in 2014 to Johannesburg with hopes of finding a job.

I studied at TCM Academy for free, and was given stipend for transport every month. I started with IT Essentials and I did my CCNA. TCM opened many doors for opportunities in my life, I was chosen to go to the Cisco Women in IT day. That day I learned that IT isn’t just about desktop support and that helped in me deciding what else I would like to study in the IT field.

Once I was done with my CCNA, I did my internship with TCM. I was placed at ABSA and I did desktop support. When my internship ended I was offered a permanent position. Today I can spoil my grandmother, I can further my studies, I can be a better person and it’s all thanks to TCM.

Who knew that a girl from the rural areas (Nkandla) would be an IT technician? Looking back I wouldn’t predict that I’d be here today. Only did Computer Applications Technology (CAT) at school, TCM helped me turn my dreams into reality and I’m truly grateful.

TCM has helped me a lot, I heard about TCM at church, I applied, wrote the test passed and I was accepted.

I studied IT Essentials and I did my CCNA.  When I was done I got a job at the bank as a Service Agent, when the contract ended I went back to TCM they took me and I was placed on their internship programme doing desktop support at ABSA. When my internship programme ended I was offered a permanent position.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank TCM for giving me free education and a Job. Without TCM I don’t think I would be where I am today.
